It's pretty easy to download mods with futa on male on the sims 4. There is also mods where you can have a stripclub etc.

I've noticed a LOT more of sims based futa stuff in the past few months, especially Elliotyip stuff.
That's not to say some of it isn't good, I liked his 'Oblivious' video for example.
Any brothel sims out there with futa on male? I feel like it's a genre that's always been lacking FoM

Nah, I never minded it being Sims, exactly, but I did mind that the quality was horrendous.
I also don't like balding, fat but scrawny "nice guy" chip on his shoulder stuff...

Engine limitations, but I disagree, not all sims-based hentai is bad. Elliotyip and Essel4 make (mostly) good stuff. I'm actually less excited for Virt-A-Mate videos these days, because they're genuinely all the same.

I talked to some famous designers, I don't know why the designers hate futa on male, but in terms of physiology, this fantasy genre is for men.Most of these games and videos we follow are girls who are more interested in men than girls with cocks.
On the other hand, these people have few fans, but they continue to make these videos, while you are right, futa on male is extremely busy and the quality is awful.
