Might be wrong on this but I think the GIF is from one of those youtube vigilante vids where they catch pedo's and the implication is that requesting AbstractDeeds work makes you one also. Could be wrong on that though.

There is that but also the moderators can and have caught people sharing stuff via DM before. There was a game or video sharing collection on here that got done for it as several users were exchanging real life Cheese Pizza via DM.
