Thanks JennaJJ I think I found some pretty good settings and should be able to maintain this quality of work going forward. now i just need find a way to get the hands better without a ridiculous amount of drafts

I find that if you describe what the hands should be doing it seems to be less likely to fuck up. Not a guarantee but helps. Using loras or embeddings can help, but I've also found that sometimes it is better without even using hand loras or embeddings.

It's really hit or miss. Sometimes it will make the hands perfect other times not so much.

Really I find if I don't say what they hands are doing come out better. like if I say masturbation I always get messed up fingers and if I just say holding her penis I get random guy's penises in the frame. For hand loras I haven't found one I think actually helped
