Sometimes different dialogue, fail state, decrease in stats and some stuff flat out needs you to have a certain stat to even start.

In story heavy games that offer the players choices applying my own tastes and morals when playing as the protagonist is part of the fun. That is why crazy people like Mallory will be kept at a distance. :p

If I were applying my own tastes and morals the only main futa I would interact with so far would be Suni, and even that's somewhat questionable. I'd never be able to enjoy the game. I'd also never get anywhere because I ain't selling my body to make money. This is why I don't self-insert into games in general - they're filled with detestable people with detestable morals, for the most part.

You have to work till your invited to their prayer meeting, and then she should ask if your interested in her at the end.

Is this a fresh save, or did you (perhaps) already work with her a couple of times and answered no (putting you on Demetria's storyline)?

I tried a new game and did nothing but work with her and the first three events went as expected. (Third day she brought me to the study meeting.)

It is within reason. I don't go like some people and equal the protagonist with myself. It is just that my choices ingame are based on what i would do if in that kind of situation, hence why i never shot Mordin in the back or betray Tali and Wrex on ME3 :p.

Are you using a new save? Don't try with one already locked into another route, maybe that is messing with things.
