Why do I get this on some characters?

All I do is attach the anatomy and then apply the gen mat.

Here we have also an official product: is it possible that only I have this problem with Freja 8?

It depends on the genitalia you're using, but Golden Palace and New Genitalia for Victoria 8, for example, have Shell Fix scripts you can drag in to fix that.

Looking at it quickly, texture problem (SSS map), you've got nothing to do with it (use either NGFV or Golden palace).
Weird it passed quality check as an out sourced paid asset.
More likely asset has been updated but not the pirated one.
