Have you tried Daraku Gear on Nutaku? I think is gacha and it says Netorare on the tags, maybe that could work, or maybe Taimanin RPGX Extasy on the same site.

Let me tell you something
I had lost hope on finding a good NTR Gacha game, in my head it sounded like a perfect idea, since I've being playing Gacha games for years, I thought that maybe, since I'm investing so much time on characters in other games, and I end up get attached to them, then why there is not an NTR Gacha that lets me enjoy building characters and having fun, while... you know... getting them T U R B O fucked by another man.
Lots of games I encountered were pretty boring or simply not my type, or just had like 1 or 2 niche characters with NTR scenes, when I saw your message I thought that maybe your recommendation was going to be of another game that was going to end in a waste of time, or not a game I will play for a long period of time.
I searched about the game online, and I encountered a game with gameplay that I would invest time on, with good art and cute characters (I played Tenkafuma and liked the characters design), but best of all, a game with a big focus on NTR accompanied by tactical gameplay, the best combination of all, and is multiplayer? My cute cat girl waifu can get her cunt ̴̃ D̴͚̿ Ë̴͔ S̵̙̓ T̶͈̀ R̴̳͛ Ǫ̶̒ Ÿ̷̞́ È̴̗ D̸̘̒ by other players because of my tactical mistakes? YES, I'M IN.

does anyone know the name of the gacha game I heard this from a friend of mine he heard of a gacha game that has a NTR element on it but only when you loose to a campaign its multiplayer since everytime you get defeated your character that was used on the battle will get captured by the opposing player and that player can either torture or fuck that character and my friend said "since no one likes their girls getting fucked by another player people just send in dudes to fight" and same thing will happen to them and if you win you captured the opponent's waifu and NTR them from the opponent so I was curious and wanted to know the name of that specific gacha game

After someone fucks your girl, you can view a scene where you get a letter from the other player with some pictures of your girl while being fucked. The scene varies between characters, sometimes your relationship is ruined, sometimes both of you talk about getting over it, sometimes she confesses how good it felt, and so. This is not a H scene, you can't see other players defile your girls.
That's all for the player getting cucked, the main point of the game is to fuck other player's girls and unlock some animated scenes.
It's fun, but after playing it for months, I can say that if you want your girls banged, this is not your game
