If you're talking about the blurry dicks, it is already as uncensored as it could be.
Japan has a really strict obscenity laws and pixelling the naughty bits is the easiest and the best thing they(adult content creators, mangaka, game devs etc) could do because by blurring them its technically not 'obscene' because its 'covered' (but you can still kinda see them juicy shapes).
