From what I've gathered from the previews, at least that one looks to be just a visual novel. No "decent but unwanted" indie shooter barrier to the sexy bits.
After this gif, I think this game deserves GOTY. And I'm not even into gay stuff.
What was that at the end? Does the MC get a Jimmy Neutron style brain blast from tasting ass?

It's a bad 3rd person shooter.
It's stuttery because of the engine, doesn't matter if you go lowest graphics settings on a high end PC or not.
You walk around, kill enemies, press E and pick up stuff.
The Stuff unlocks new weapons and cutscenes which you can view in the gallery.
The cutscenes are videos and stutter just as much as the game itself.
The game is short with 3 levels and not really fun.
And even though the bald guy would look almost acceptable, the other guy looks so weird.
Other than in the video cutscenes your character is fully clothed in biker clothes.
