When this happen, press F5. It will restart the game, but with low graphics it seems.
You might be able to play it, although with some lags and low FPS.

I find strange that this is also happening in my game and I don't see as many people talking about it.

Don't bother with this game It's pure garbage MTL The OP said that It's Lightly Edited MTL But It's only the Menu's and UI There's even still japanese dialogues in the game that the translator never bothers to translate

Is there a way to uncensor it?

No easy way. To do it, you'd have to IMG2IMG edit all the images in www/img/spines manually with a prompt.
The reason is that it is 2d paperdoll art and a bit of pictures, and the art is pixelated within the actual images.

At weekend you can change your work place. Different works have different schedule.
First basic - tuesday/thursday.
Second basic - monday/wednesday/friday.
Third (locked behind int) - wednesday.

The fact that the tutorial takes longer to complete than the total runtime of the sex animations...it's a very poorly designed game.
