Unity - Completed - GALS COLLECTOR [v1.05.2] [Studio Tris]

This game looks promising in some ways and boring in others.

+ a good interface with many different interactions, stats, and collectables working
+ good looking 3D animations
- absolutely no plot
- no personality to the characters, you just have a button that does a thing and they have one prebaked reaction to that specific event. There's no dialogue
- no meaningful gameplay, just farm points by clicking scan > collect, then use points to unlock a girl

If they take what they have and build an actual plot, or at least some personality into the characters this could be quite interesting, right now it's just a grind to unlock a gallery.

1.05 Review.
I with I'd rate this game higher, but there is nothing that makes this game anything better but an average.

The best thing in this game are 3D models. The quality of them clearly stand out among other 3D games. Although they are not perfect, there was still a huge amount of good work putted into them.
Now however it will only get worse.

The horny side of the gameplay is basically taken out from games made by Illusion like Koikatsu or Honey Select. You have positions to choose from and you just watch as the animations play out, filling the bars.
The non-horny side is basically a clicker. You have a phone, in which you scan for more girls, collect points to hypnotize girls into doing more poses, and upgrade your hypo app for all of the girls separately.

After 15 minutes the grind is very clear. There is no challenge here. Just doing the same things over and over, go one step further with each next girl you hypnotize, watch the same positions to get more points, etc.

The story here is just a filler, and it's just a copy-paste from all other games consisting of hypnotizing apps. You find a suspicious app, download it with no concern of having your data stolen and try it out without asking further questions. There is literally nothing else.

To put it simply, this game is just a glorified animation player. The good part is that at least animations are above average, but if you watch something for 100th time, even the best animations tend to become boring sooner or later.

Game managed to keep me entertained for about 30 minutes. The boredom started to kick in after 10 minutes, and at the 20 minute mark I though like I was going asleep, watching and doing the same things over and over.

If you want to try it out, go ahead, you can still have some fun playing this game, even if for a while.

We need more games like this!
Simple but fun gameplay loop, with hot girls and many H positions, I love it.
Sexy 3D models and animations and some really nice details.

Cons:
- Tagged anal sex, but no anal in this game afaik
- v1.05 is bugged at the moment of this review, use 1.05.1 link instead, works fine

Very nice models, customizability later is a plus, grind is kind of nice and not too repetitive since the models are different just solid overall. I like the setting too. I wish there was more dialogue variety between girls though.
EDIT: finished game, had more potential... Lots of good things about it but it feels shallow.

Super torn between giving it 1 or 4, will settle on 4.

So first and foremost, current version cannot be progressed, but you can freely play it using full save file. So do that, both save files and path to it are somewhere in the thread. Considering it literally doesn't function i was tempted to just put it at 1, but...

Girl models are REALLY good, along with great visual design, good expressions, well done animations, wild attention to details like thin cum strings , really good audio design with great slurps and moans and all that, it's just so well put together that i find it very hard to be mad at it for not functioning.

The big issue for me is there is no plot or progression or talking really, all you unlock is different poses pretty much. You start the game, do 2 minutes of tutorial, call the girl, hypnotize, do the deed. You grind this stuff until you unlock everything (except in this version you have to use full save or bust), and... that's it. Girls only have generic lines and don't have voice acting besides moans, which is a big shame.

Personally i very quickly got bored since the game offers nothing outside of just watching several animations, but they are just so well put together i find it very hard to grade it any lower than 4.

But i wish every game had interactive scenes of this quality, i do recommend trying it for at least couple minutes just to admire thework.

Really great 3d animations, comes with a full save so you can skip the main grind if that's not your thing. Unlocks girl customisation later down the line. Good hypnosis content and you can turn off the hypno for alternate expressions.
