Overview:
The protagonist, Leopard (Leo) is a disciple of Batch, the genius monster tamer, yet he can’t even tame weak monsters yet. One day he meets with a monster girl, Captain Vanilla, who asks for his help and teleports him to a mysterious island.
This island is created by Baron Squid as his personal paradise. He abducted monster girls from all over the world to chose one to be his wife.
These monster girls, unable to defeat Baron Squid themselves, decided to ask Batch for help, but instead they summoned his yet weak disciple Leo.

Don't rightly remember, but think most of the heroines have already been 'taken' by the villain/big bad, and when you 'tame' them, they are sorta reborn or something.

Okay, since I'm here anyway and I loved the game just for the fact that every monster girl are "virgins" despite having sex with you a bunch of times (they die from your semen but gets reborn with a new and stronger body). Here are some tips:

• Don't do easy difficulty, you will miss some scenes. Just do normal.
• Can Can is omega busted, keep her as a party member until the end of the game. Immediately have sex with her (two times) as soon as possible to her unlock her combat ability first (exp gain) and upgrade her second skill (defense up buff). She can also force an encounter just by pressing "M", great for setting up your buffs at the start of the dungeon.
• Nekomatamata is also a great party member but tedious to H (she runs away from you sometimes). She can give more skills to your party members which means more healing, more nukes, more buffs etc.
• All the girls in the second to the last dungeon are great. Get them asap.
• Always bring lunches. Buy or craft one if you can.
• Do not enter the last dungeon yet because you will be timed for three days. Grind exp or get more items before tackling it.
• Don't bother leveling your MC early on because it wastes time and free affection points for your party. Do that later in the game when you want to H a specific girl.
• Unless you want it for collection and make your game harder, DO NOT cum outside during h-scenes.
• Do not waste your time just talking to a girl after a dungeon. You should always be either advancing their relationship to the next level or having sex with them because getting affection points is easy.
• Do not let your party members be sick (red face icon), dismiss them from your party as soon as you see them tired (blue face icon). It wastes time to recover them or an item.
• Buffs work different in this game. They can stack up to 50% increase and will stay until you sleep however repeated use of said buff in battle reduces it significantly (e.g. from 10% increase to only 2% after first usage). So, use a buff once per battle, get into a battle again and use the buff again once then do this 5 times (or 10 if it is only a 5% increase).
• Always bring a healer but don't use their limited healing skills. The game will always prioritize healing you if you are below 30% of your health.
• Regular capture rope takes 1-3 hearts and enhanced ones takes 2-5 hearts. Unless you want to gamble or they only have 1-2 hearts, using enhanced ropes is better and you should craft a lot.
• Speaking of capturing monster girls. The most optimal way to play this game is to rescue one monster girl per day (some days do get taken over for story reasons). There is a wiki that shows you how to capture each of them effectively, do give them a read. The game also tells you right in your face what deadline is anyway. Otherwise you have a lot of days to spare and fuck around on normal difficulty.
• There are a lot of hidden content including a hidden monster girl plus 3 extra monster girls after you beat the game once.

It's a mechanic and they don't have any pregnant art of them, only mentions of it. In short, monster girls dies from a human semen but you get a medicine that helps them not die. They instead get pregnant but they can't give birth because of a curse so they turn into an egg and reborn as themselves as a kid. In terms of gameplay, the kid versions are much weaker but gets a power up and returns to their adult form alongside the power up you got after a few days.
