RPGM - Completed - Gambler's Game [Final] [The Church of NTR]

For MTL standards, this is pretty bad.

For the scenes, theres a lot of reused animations.
But hey at least its actually animated.

Story is on the more interesting side as far as ntr goes.
You lose the gamble game, you lose your girl to the other guy for 3 days, where she slowly falls for the other guy with each loss.

With each day you can go out and find her with the guy in the city so you know what they're up to each day, her sexual status also gets updated with every sexual act that happens.
When those acts happen, they unlock her POV that you can see on the pc in your room.

This game definitely has potential, it would be better if you were able to navigate map to map easier.
Also audible moans would have made it much more fappable.

All in all, not worth the play as it is now.

Well I guess this makes the MTL bad to worse, since it literally breaks the game.

Lower than average NTR

HGraphic: 7/10 - animation + good quality, but 4 routes with the same animations/poses, 3-4 scenes only different.
Story: 7/10 - funny plot, and situation
Gameplay: 4/10 - Play one game, then open the gallery, you will not skip anything, the same route each time - you lose, then wait until night and see scenes, nothing happens in this time, I would love to see activities you can do like job or smth like that.
Kink: 4/10 - I mean really dull, straightforward sex and toys, not so much.
FUN: 5/10 - when the game starts you expect something interesting with card games or casinos, but it feels too boring because of straightforward choices in games (win/lose), and really little activities on the map.

So overall don't recommend that game

Its actually different from others they actually put time, money, effort to this thing the downside probably is just some people who hate NTR might not like this cause most of the contents are NTR but if you dont mind then this is top tier sheet

I really like the premise of this game, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The MTL is actually not horrible. It's mostly understandable, and it's good enough for you to get a sense of the story. The gameplay loop is basically a series of trials/games. If you lose, your tomboy friend since you were kids - it is explicitly stated they aren't dating multiple times, so I don't know why people keep saying it's your girlfriend - gets loaned out to whoever you lost to for three nights. Each time you lose, the plotlines progress. If you lose three times, you get a bad ending. For 2/4 of the guys she gets lewded right from the get-go, and the other 2/4 are basically romance plots. The MTL is good enough to understand the rules of 3/4 of the trials/games. The riddle trial/game is incomprehensible to me, so just save scum it to get your desired result. I was enjoying this game quite a lot until I found out that many of the H-scenes are copy-pasted throughout the different storylines. For that reason, the replayability is much lower that it would otherwise be, and I can't give this game too high of a score.

I'm unsure how to feel about this game.
On one hand it has good parts:
Art is nice.
Girl is hot.
Ntr is well done.
On the other hand gameplay in this one is terrible.
There are 4 minigames you can play. But 3 of them are just glorified "yes" "no" choices.
1st game (counting down) Honestly isn't even a minigame since when you reach 9 it just gives you a choice:
>i want to win
>i want to lose
2nd game (riddle) Since riddles never change and game will tell you the correct answer if you choose wrong one. So this minigame quickly stops being a minigame and just turns into another "yes" or "no" choice.
3rd game (guess the number) Actually a minigame, however since it is logic based as soon as you figure out how to play, it is nearly impossible to lose.
4th game (cards game) Once again just glorified choice.
So minigames are fubar. Nothing wrong with giving player a choice, but why would you force said player to "play" a minigame if minigame itself is pointless the only thing what matter is the choice at the end of minigame.
Other gameplay is also boring. Walk around dead city and search (you actually have marker where she is so you don't really "search") for your love interest. However you will not get CGs for finding her, in the next day they will appear on your PC regardless.

Gameplay in this game serves no purpose. And since you get full gallery for reaching any ending it is actually better to just rush good end (so just win 4 times).

NTR is avoidable.

the game is short, very short. but i enjoy it even without those fixes that are mentioned, i still can play it and get the good ending, even though i couldn't understand the main plot because of crossover text to the infinity and beyond. but enjoyable.

This is the best Japanese NTR RPGM game I've played, especially in terms of mechanics. You completely control the NTR - win a game and she stays yours (or comes back to you). Lose and the person you chose to play against gets to corrupt her in his particular way. It's great fun and is quite sexy.

I love how you wander around town to see what your love interest is being put up to. Some of the scenes you stumble across are wonderfully and shockingly lewd. The maps are generally small, so there's not a lot of walking-grind.

The CGs/animations are hot too when you view them afterwards from the computer. RPGM's weakness in dialogue skipping does hurt here, especially since the translation of the lengthy sex scene dialogues is poor.

You can also continue the gameplay by losing to an antagonist a few times (not more than 2 or 3), then winning against him, and starting to lose to another. Different antagonists corrupt her in different ways, so she can still lose all her "gifts" for the MC even though you never let her get to maximum corruption with any antagonist.

Comments/Things to improve:
1. The translation is weak. Lots of cultural and linguistic peculiarities that get translated with hilarious but frustrating results. Gender pronouns are particularly bad.
2. The CGs are censored. Since they're animated, I guess uncensoring them could be quite hard.
3. "Wires" show in some of the animations.
4. On the "Ayano's Status" screen, sprite speech bubbles and the diaries need to be translated.
5. The speech bubbles on the NTR chibis on the maps are not translated either.

Summary:
Excellent game for fans of NTR. It loses a star for frequently nonsensical MTL, too long dialogues during the h-scenes, the fact that the diaries are not translated, and censorship.

I had fun with this game - but it's clearly for those who like NTR / cheating.
Art is good. The MTL is not too bad. Deserves more than 2 stars.
The MC has no scene - even if you get to the good ending, there is no "bonus scene". But that's not what I was looking for.

Before playing, you need to download the voice and word warp fix.

The game is a solid 4/5, the MTL is not bad at all, even for someone like me who is not a native english speaker.

The artwork is really nice and every H-scene is animated but they recycle some of them for multiple scenes, also the male is just a generic white guy.

For gameplay, you choose one guy to bet, if you lose the girl is taken away for 3 days and you need to figure what is she doing, next day you can watch the girl POV in the PC.

There are 5 endings, 1 for each bad guy and the "good" ending, sadly there is no H-Scenes with the MC and the girl.

So, I will start that I came into this game with low expectations due to the low review score, and perhaps that is the reason my score is so high. But this game doesn't really deserve the low score it has right now. Also, I used the voice acting and word wrap fix that is posted in this forum.

If you are looking for a game with many, diverse scenes, that's not what you'll find here. If you are looking for a game with vanilla scenes with the MC, then this is not the game for you. The game is centered around NTR or cheating, and the only scenes you get is when you lose.

However, this game has a lot of good if you're willing to play it.

TL;DR: The game is short, and the worst part of this game is the MTL. But the scenes are great, and if you can decode the MTL and understand what is going on, the dialogue and contexts really add to each scene.

Pros
-Each opponent can be challenged more than once, and each subsequent loss leads to more scenes. This leads to a lot more scenes than one may assume.
-Each opponent has a different attitude, so while the act may be the same, the context can make the scene feel very different. The first guy has a crush on the MC's girl, so it is pretty lovey-dovey the entire time while the oil tycoon's son makes her sleep with other guys and gives her drugs.
-The scenes are animated and voice acted, and the artwork is really good.
-If you don't want to find every scene yourself, the recollection room is unlocked once you beat the game, and all the scenes are open from the beginning.

Cons
-MTL - While not super horrendous, this game very much relies on its dialogue, in the H-scenes so you definitely feel like you're missing out. (-1 star)
-The scenes' CGs are reused. Rather than having unique scenes each time, the game reuses the animations. If you watch all of the scenes of the first guy, you've watched most of the animations for the entire game. The context and dialogue are what make these scenes different and good, but MTL makes it a little difficult to fully enjoy them.
-The game is a little short. While replaying the game to see all the scenes will take up some time, the reused scenes may make it difficult to go through that, especially since all the scenes are unlocked after you beat the game once.

The artwork is awesome and they even had it animate the scenes which is nice.

The MTL wrapping is horrible and can at times make winning the games harder than it needs to be.

Would have rated this higher but they only have NTR scenes, which is perfectly fine. The fact that you could 100% add scenes with the MC, such as maybe rewarding his efforts in winning and not letting the girl get raped. Or you could even expand the game and have it where if you win against someone enough times you could get that opponents girl.

The searching for your girl in the days following your loss was cool.

There's some nice ntr aspects like searching for your girl and the mistery of what is she doing right now, and the art is normal (reused the same cg's for all routes.).
Oh, and all the cg's are made with a bald generic white man.. so that sucks.

The MTL sucks, the text wrapping is awful and the point of the game is pointless because you don't get an H SCENE for winning. There's also a lot of bullshit for no reason and the games make no damn sense at all. Waste of 20 minutes.
