I remember coming across a game somewhere (might not have been from here) that was based on a pregnancy fetish. The game title was a term for the pregnancy fetish and it was based around Japanese. You had a officer that came by every now and again to check on you (I think?) and you were given a card certificate.. Certain girls would be 'safe' and/or 'at risk' and some were costly with $ or you needed a reputation or something? Sorry if I can't describe it well, it's from a very absent memory I recently thought of
