I downloaded from the same link you say you downloaded from. I opened the readme.txt file to see if there were any instructions. Since I could not read it, I closed it. When I ran the EXE file, the game first opened in full screen and then went into window mode.
My system is a Windows 11.
I recommend deleting the game folder and everything in it, as well as deleting the original RAR you downloaded. Then, download again to make sure you have a good download. Un-RAR it, and try to open it again.

no idea then, could be a corrupt download or an AV blocking it.

Make sure all your video drivers are up to date. Make sure you Windows 11 is up to date.
If they are, try running in full screen and try running in window mode. One may work while the other might not.
I would also recommend searching the internet using Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, whatever, to search for your problem with Unity games and your specific windows version and/or computer. I believe you have a laptop - and those can be finicky.

Dude, I've already deleted the game from my system and cleared my recycle bin. You can see that I can play the game from the last few seconds of my first video.
My game opens the same at the beginning but at the end it says "now loading"

I have downloaded the game AGAIN. A game I have no interest and no intent on playing because you seem intent on tugging on my shirt sleeve (or anyone's).
I have now deleted the game for a second time.
