I just purchased this and get errors like this, and many of the files are a weird text
any fixes for these?

Delete everything. Then extract the game again, but this time use either Bandizip or Winrar (press CTRL+E and select Japanese/932).
If everything goes well, you should see filenames in Japanese characters.
