Seeking Game like "Bad times at the El Royale"

I search for a game (RPGMaker preferred) that is a bit like the film "Bad Times At The El Royale".
So a hotel with several rooms and you as the owner have the possibility to look through mirrors and watch what the people do at the other side.
Is there a game that has something like this?
