You have pretty extensive control, for a Twine game. Control of each limb during "combat" (sex, consensual or otherwise), full freedom to "roam" the map and explore. It is still my favorite porn game. Plus it's on Android!
Knights of the Phantazm, Wings of Roldea, The Holy Grail of Alharan ... they have the same lonely vibe, but not so much gore.
