I'm going to start putting games with basic explanations to go along with the ratings here. If you have any tips like if I should add more tags or how I could sort the list better than please let me know.

9/10 Monster Girl Quest 1-3 [Male Protagonist, Human MC, Heavy focus on MC being raped, (There are no scenes where you character isn't at least hesitant.) Turn based, Decently long, Most scenes require you lose, Shota, (Though it isn't that important or noticeable) Loli, Multiple Endings, Heavy Story focus, Monster Girls, etc]
Short run down of the plot. You play as Luka a boy who wants to be a hero, you go on an adventure fighting Monster Girls with your Monster girl companion Alice. Your goal is co existence between both Humans and Monsters though there will be many powerful people trying to stop you.

8/10 Gran Ende 2 [Male Protagonist, Human MC, Heavy Focus on one heroine, Loli, Turn based, Short, Vanilla, Heavy Story focus, Linear story, etc]
Short run down of the plot. You play as [Custom Name] a Guy who isn't knowledgeable of the world. (Although it isn't focused on or mentioned much) When visiting a small village you get a request to go into the forest for mushrooms, while there you discover the heroine of the story Yuno. You will then go on many adventures with Yuno and learn some more about the world you live in.

9/10 Succubus Affection [Male Protagonist, Human MC, Rape, Shota, Medium Length, Side-scroller, Monster Girls, Platformer, Story is there but not as heavy of a focus as something plot heavy,]
Short run down of the plot. You play as a young man who was adopted by a succubus and raised in a monster girl town. One day you go out into the forest with one of the inhabitants of the town to go pick mushrooms, there you find out that monster girls around the town have now started to lust after your character just by looking at them. This becomes a problem and you set out to fight these monster girls and explore the surrounding area.

7/10 Iris Covenant [Multiple options for Protagonist, (1M) (2F) Human MC, Rape, Side-scroller, Monster Girls, Multiple Endings, Story is a focus but is vague, Short to Medium Length, etc]
Short run down of the plot. You play as one of three unnamed adventurers who have come to a dungeon for the promises of treasure from a local lord. As a male you can have intercourse with most females including monsters girls if you recruit them, as a female you are more or less raped by enemies mainly bosses. Expect a Dark souls leveling system.

9/10 Thanatos [Male Protagonist, Human MC, Rape, Turn Based, Decently Long, Heavy Story Focus, Male Domination, Linear Story, Multiple endings, (One for the first playthrough and one for the second) Romance, ]
The story focuses on you, [Custom Name] being stuck inside of a game, unfortunately for you however it's as one of the monsters in an MMO like world. Try to survive and slowly fall to insanity on the first playthrough where you rape all the girls. (To add context most scenes in the first playthrough will have you raping girls as a monster) On the second playthrough however things will end differently, (You will also get a lot more scenes as a more human character.
I honestly recommend this game for the story and the abundance of optional content that you can find by looking where you're not supposed to. Both playthroughs will be extremely different with separate CGs so I recommend doing two.

8/10 Kaiju Princess [Male Protagonist, Human MC, Management Game, Medium Length, Linear Story, One Heroine,]
You play as a nameless person living with a Kaiju Girl named Xao, despite being a Kaiju Princess she is essentially for all intensive purposes a human.
This is a cute little game that I highly recommend you play if you enjoy VNs with some management elements.

Plot: The plot is fairly basic but it has it's charm and overall the pacing is good. To sum it up you help the Kaiju Girl meet her terror quota so you can continue living together. Over time you both grow more affectionate until the last dead line arrives and you guys get some time off

CGs: Now what you all are actually here for, the cgs are very well drawn and none of them look off or anything. Some of the best I've seen in terms of quality.

Gameplay: It's very basic with you managing your apartments cleanliness as well as the Kaiju Girl's hunger, affection, and mood. Going back to the quota from before you have to attack towns and whatnot to increase the amount of terror harvested. After a while you become "familiar" with some of the locations which unlocks new outfits and cgs. My only complaint is it will get repetitive after a while but the stuff in-between helps a lot.

Length: I'd say 5~ hours but that's a rough estimate.

Music: Not something I usually rate in games like this but the music is lovely and doesn't get old.

TLDR: Decent plot, great CGs, and kind of repetitive but fun gameplay
