1) Not sure, but looks like you're showing your full name in the taskbar, so I removed the link
2) Ask in the game thread for that game - that's the best place to get help with a specific game issue
3) All those really long folder names with special characters in them could be your problem, specifically the () and =. Remove those and try again after you reboot. You have a lot of crap running.
