VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Game of Hearts [Ch.5 R2] [SparkHG]

My god if this isn't the spiritual successor to Chains of Pleasure, possibly one of the most popular VNs back in 2019 because it mysteriously bonked itself.

Good stuff from front to back with great visuals, great sex scenes, a really engaging story, and just the hottest little demon helper. Also didn't stay past its prime and opted for a sequel to continue. Just peak material all around for sure.

When I downloaded this game I didn't expect something exceptional — F95 is too generous with 5/5. I thought it would be yet another mediocre, lifeless 3/5, but oh boy, I was wrong; it easily became one of my top 3 AVNs.


H-scenes 10/5
Scenes with main LI are just perfect; they are an example of how H-scenes must be done. Perfect example of quality > quantity — just make one good scene and don't try to tick every kink in the world. Hot buildup, long foreplay, gorgeous sex scenes. Small details like shy looks here and there, some thoughts and phrases make the picture perfect. Excellent internal narration and dialogue. Gradual corruption of the main LI is done extremely hot — yeah, it's rather fast but here we have some excuse for it, unlike 90% of other games. Scenes with side LIs are 4.5/5; they are just not as "juicy" as scenes with the main LI, but still much better than in the average game.


Characters 4.5/5
Great decision to make a small cast. The first three LIs are interesting, not one-dimensional, and have agendas and goals. In the last chapters there are two more LIs; they are not bad but don't have time to open up and feel somewhat unnecessary for the game. Solid MC: not a wimp but not a comical alpha-male.


Visuals 4.5/5
Renders are really good — a lot of good angles, perfect lighting: shadows where they are needed and still hot, clear picture. No overused assets — the game doesn't bore the eyes with the same furniture, clothes, etc. Models don't look plastic because skin textures have some imperfections. Good animations: not perfect, but way above average, and there are many of them. Not only a good amount of angles per sex scene, but there are animations for penetrations and orgasms.
More or less realistic-looking milfs, not standard 25+ y.o. silicone models — you can see they have some wrinkles but are still super hot. Younger LIs are good-looking too, maybe a bit too perfect but okay; they are not the main focus of the game.


Gameplay 4/5
I am not a big fan of game mechanics in VNs — they are just annoying in most cases, but not in this game. The necessity to keep balance between arousal and caution is seamlessly implemented in scenes; it adds another layer of "hotness". Every small choice during sex scenes has some weight and you feel super immersed in the seduction process. MC 'leveling' is too easy to abuse, which leads to constant orgasms and "O" faces; they become too frequent near the end of the game.


Story 3.7/5
First and foremost, it's a fap-material–focused game; the story is just glue for the sex scenes and an excuse for mind reading. It is not bad, but not interesting enough; MC's past has some contradictions. The ending is a bit rushed, but the epilogue reveals more or less all mysteries that were built during the game and leaves some intrigue for the sequel.


Audio 4/5
Pleasant music, but it sometimes stops playing and leaves you in total silence. Some sex sounds, but no moans.


Small cons:

• No "flash deformation" at groping.
• Too much focus on MC's scar at the beginning of the game.
• Strange wording even with the grammar patch, but I'm not a native English speaker, so that may be only my problem.

It's a pretty good AVN. Plot is quite enjoyable, the seduction mechanics is something fresh and unique and I absolutely love it. The only problem I have with this game is with the Lis. Apart from Julia, both Lis look very unnatractive. Meredith is passable, but Maxim looks like she's 60 with a horrible makeup.

This is the most arousing AVN I've ever played, the story is nice too and you can feel the effort of the dev, I'm surprised this is just their side gig. Too bad it's short, still wanted more bur i guess I'll wait for season 2

Ending is.... wow... My ass did not expect that at all.
This game is very solid in all around. Impressive renders, actual good plot, 3 dimensional characters and so on and so forth. This is comparable to Eternum's worldbuilding and story and I do not say that lightly. Play it you will not be dissapointed

Game Of Hearts is only a first act of the series, but what a great start this is. Really good, interesting story about a demon with mystery past who tries to gain followers before upcoming war. And of course, since we're demon, we're doing it by lust and temptation. There is a big focus on one love interest who we try to "conquer", and there are a few side characters. And even those side girls are really good characters, with their own backgrounds and motivations. And that main LI, is quite literally one of the best LI i have ever saw in this genre. She's so good, interactions with her are so good, the entire process of corrupting her is so well done and she being a married woman makes it even better. Its really hard to imagine how the sequel can top this. The writing in general is pretty good and it really makes this game engaging. The game outro alone is really is the prime example of this when we learn the truth about one of the girl, it perfectly closes some loose ends from this and sets up new storylines for the next act. The conclusion of the main girl act is so satisfying and fulfilling. When we can make her love us and become our follower for the rest of her life, this literally brings joy. This is quite a dark themed game but there is definitely true love and romance here.

Visuals are both good and bad in my opinion. Good because renders are pretty high quality, very crips and in general good looking. And bad, because there is just too much special effects on screen for my taste, too much blur etc. Colour palette is also quite questionable for me. Models quality is pretty inconsistent. Faces are really really good, also facial expressions are top notch, but some other body parts are not great. Some body parts are good, but sometimes for me effects mess them up quite a bit and thanks to that they look blurry and low quality. There is aren't many sex scenes in the game, but they're really good. Pretty damn long, with good dialogue, solid animations, good camera angles, and choices which just do wonders for immersion and intimacy in those scenes. There is this whole system with different statistics and points, girls caution, arousal etc. which we have to control during those scenes. Our demon powers comes to play here and we can influence the girl. This is really a good idea and makes this game really special and somewhat unique. Overall, the sex scenes are pretty damn hot, entertaining and super enjoyable. Also nice music.

Ultimately, Game Of Hearts is a very good game. Good and interesting narrative, engaging story, great LIs and finally very hot, very enjoyable sex scenes. There are some questionable visual choices but that doesn't really hinders the experience. Everything that truly matters is done really well. More than 10 hours of the first act does makes this a very promising start. If the sequel will be at least as good, then we'll have a really great game.

This game absolutely oozes lust and sensuality. Everything — the dialogue, the interactions, the characters’ actions — radiates desire. The story stays mysterious and I still don’t know where it’s going, which is a good thing here: the suspense keeps you hooked. At times it leans heavy on exposition, but overall the plot is solid and a revelation about a character’s origin landed with real emotional weight. That cliffhanger at the end made me want the sequel right away.

Choices do matter: they influence scenes and steer you toward one of the two possible endings, and the little mechanics during sex scenes are a nice touch. That said, replayability feels limited — once the mystery is solved, a second playthrough won’t have the same tension. Also, some relationship jumps felt abrupt (a week passes and suddenly things progressed) — not sure if it was a threshold thing or a consequence of choices, but it broke immersion a little.

Visually this one is gorgeous. The renders and character detail are beautiful, and I liked the variety in body shapes even if the overall cast size is small. Animations are smooth, backgrounds are immersive, and most shots are close-ups (which suits the game’s sensual vibe). The sex scenes are intense and well-executed — not a deep dive into kinks, but perfectly on-theme.

Bottom line: strong mystery, powerful visuals, and a sexy atmosphere that does what it needs to do. It leaves questions, but in a way that makes me excited for more rather than frustrated. If you’re into sensual, suspenseful VNs, this one’s worth your time.

• Player Choices → Choices affect scenes and endings and add weight, but replayability is limited once the mystery is solved. 7,5/10.
• Visuals & Animations → Stunning renders, smooth animations, and immersive backgrounds; one of the strongest visual packages around. 8,7/10.

Must be one of the most engaging stories on the site. I regularly struggle with skipping through games because the dialogue or stories don't appeal to me much but with this one. I didn't skip a single time. I really liked the characters, their designs, their backstories, and the entire plot.

this game made me read and liked it instead of skipping and fapping, the renders are amazing with a lot of details in the skin and eyes, the girls are gorgeous in a diferent way and have a well defined and charming personality

This game is truly excellent.

The three female models are each very unique and different, and sexy in their own way. I love the story behind each of them.

The game play is also very unique where you can upgrade your power to make them orgasm more.

All in all, this is a very excellent game.

The best Part of the game will be the gameplay, it keeps you interested. The graphics is realistic and has a good grounded quality that the dialogues and storyline also has. All this complements each other and keeps the entire experience something that is worth your time.

So I just want to get this out, if you are looking for a good story and amazing visuals, this is the game. But there's a big BUT, the game sets up characters and situations that are not really solved or developed, and makes them to be developed in the sequel, so I can't really recommend this game in good faith till the sequel is out, as it feels like you played just to be left with that bad taste in your mouth of "Where is the rest?", If this doesn't bother you at all, then it is probably one of the best AVNs on this site.

TL;DR: Great renders, milfs that look like actual milfs, great pacing and build-up that pays off, no grind or years of waiting to get to the action, game entirely focused around seduction and character interactions, amazing intimacy, you will nut. 10/10.

I'd already written one, but accidentally closed the stupid review pop-up and I cba to write some proper essay, so if shit feels disjointed just deal.

The game is narratively and mechanically focused on seduction and sex, it is the majority of the game, and it's the most deep and intimate way any game has approached it. You get a ton of small choices you can make during the sex scenes, which have amazing build-up and foreplay, including narratively, emotionally and physically. The game's entire plot focuses on this and it doesn't feel superficial, cheap or gimmicky. It's well written, and the story is told and progresses through interactions with other characters which almost all have sexual undertones or a thinly-veiled intimacy. This is masterful, as not only do you get to build and explore the protagonist, setting/world, and other characters, you also make progress in getting in someone's pants.

This might sound funny, maybe a little ridiculous even, but the game does a terrific job at keeping you engaged and turned on, while also keeping you interested in the story and characters. I want to know what happens next, and how these characters cope even - the moral and emotional repercussions, all that while also busting.

Extremely intimate, seduction is the main theme and driver, *everything* focuses around it, and that's why this game works so well and is in my opinion the best porn game. No grind, no annoying mini-games, no superficiality, the sex (as well as the entire game) is incredibly well paced, foreplay and build-up is amazing, and there is an interactive element or trick to the sex - you make numerous small choices in how you get the other person in the mood which keeps you engaged and builds up the atmosphere really well, it enhances it.

Game looks great, amazing models, milfs that are hot, but also look like actual milfs. Great lighting, decent animations that are well interceded throughout the scenes to add some life to them. I think it strikes a good balance, as not everything needs to be animated, they serve the pace well.

Downsides. The story is clearly not finished, and it seems like a sequel (or maybe a few) is needed in order to do that.
The main mechanic's stats can at times feel superficial (I'm not sure if you can even fail?), or like they're a mirage of sorts, but I can't really think of a way this could be fixed. It seems like a delicate balance and I feel that overall they serve the game. Likewise with the upgrades, I haven't actually tested if skipping them gets you negative consequences, so I can't be sure, but even if they are an illusion, they serve to make the player feel that the protagonist grows in power and skill as the events of the game unfold. I can't put my finger on it unfortunately, just had a slight feeling that something was off once or twice, but in the end I can't imagine the game without them, nor can I think of a "fix". Might be just me.

All in all, greatest of all time, unless you really don't like milfs, I guess.

Game of Hearts isn't the longest game, but it is a strong adult game with plot.

If you enjoy supernatural type of stroylines and harem, then this game is for you.

The h-scene renders are great and each character has their own personality. The storyline is pretty straightforward and you should be able to get the h-scenes in one playthrough. A big plus for the game is the h-scenes are unique using a choice mechanic that has +/- stats based on your action, I am unsure if it's possible to fail the choices.

So good!! My only complaint is that I wish it had more content. The art is beautiful, the story is engaging and the content is steaming. I didn't care much for the story with the other demons, but it's fine.

A hidden gem. Renders are amazing, animations are good, a lot of detail goes into clothing, lighting, music, but above all, it features very sexy and different characters, ones that don't love MC automatically, and that have their own views and restrictions. It is really fun to try and retry different approaches with each LI, but above all it's a very sexy and entertaining story, more interested in breaking its characters boundaries through pleasure than in a fantastic mystical eternal war.

Looking forward to the sequel!

This Game is on a whole different level. Not only the faces and bodies are much more realistic than in 99% of games, the main difference for me is the atmosphere that was created. For me, this VN is closer to a film than anything else. You really feel with the characters.
the last sequences are a little bit hard to understand and seem rushed. But I hope there will be a Season 2 that sheds more light.

One of the best Adult VNs I ever played. The Optics are amazing. The Character design is interesting and not the usual blend, I love it. Then you have a good story that has you wondering without drama that leads nowhere. This really is game that should be in most peoples top 5 at least.

There is a lot of text but not annoyingly.
Basically this game about corruption progress with only one girl but there are three others.
Graphics 3.5 out of 5. It's good but with poor post processing. You cant see pores on skin cause texture resolution is poor, many scenes have strange face expression right from garris mode, but girls have natural forms and overall its very pleasant to play.
Music and sound. In many scenes there are lack of them.
Interesting to "play" and worth to goon on it but it's not the best.

Love me some Netori, but honestly the graphics were way too good! Hats off to this dev and hope that his future project do well! I hope he keeps the trend of stealing and taking other men women to his other games as well, haha!
