The modder (TheBigBg) posted elsewhere that due to health and mod support reasons this and his other mods will no longer be updated. You're stuck with the vanilla version of GoW unless someone else picks it up.

Probably not, it's already been so long.... It's a shame though

Only possibly and only if you find an older version of the game to match the mod version. This mod will probably never be updated.
