Soo I'm not sure if that's how you're meant to do it but, what I've done is talk to her, play the guess game, jerk off finish on her face, play guess game again offer some wine finish in her mouth, play guess game again offer "different" wine (grape juice), tell the truth and that should be the end.( I had 100personal points nad slut points not sure if that matters tho)

Press [Shift]+[o]
It it doesn't work, you have to activate it first by editing a specific file of the game or, easier, just using UnRen.bat (You'll find both, the how-to or the UnRen.bat somewhere here.)
