Seeking Game Search

Well, I almost completed everything that I had in mind. I want some suggestions without/with adult content and I want something to play with. I need some help from you what can you recommend me.
Red - Requirement
Yellow - Optional

• Female Protagonist / Character Creation
• One romantic story with a female
• External mods
• Adult Content

I played many games so far it doesn't have to be 'F95 Exclusive'. But leave the main triple A games aside like: Mass Effect, Dragon Age etc. I played those many times before but I'm open for anything (Like I played before but forgot about it.

Female MC + the ability to romance another female isnt really narrowing it down. What kind of game do you want?

Anything fine, RPG style is prefered but nothing over that. It can be VN or not. Something that I haven't played before.
