Can't for the life of me remember the name of an RPG Maker game that I played a while back that was similar to Lacto Escape in that it had a dungeon where your breasts grew bigger as you explored it with different things triggering growth.
It had a normal exploration mode and a mode were you just speed run through a few rooms and the game randomly generates outcomes for each encounter. Like 6 or 7 vignettes.
