So I don't want to throw shades at the developer with this title or something but thats unfortunately how i remember this game 
As far as I remember, there is this dad and 3 (maybe 2) daughters, they reunite after many many years. And there is one blonde daughter, who has become some kind of alcoholic (or addicted to drugs, not really sure tho). She is also the one who is not really welcoming the dad after these many years.
