In the game "brothel king" there is a lot of corruption. As far as mind control, if you are good at magic than you can control girls. It's more of a management sim mixed with a very decent story. The problem is the story isn't completed all the way.

Ah thanks ill give it a try never been much of an rpgm fan but it's worth the try
