You probably won't find many games that fit that niche outside of flash games unfortunately. To a limited extent, the games from Illusion might fit the bill. They usually have both manual and automated settings. I think the same can be said for stuff like The Klub 17 and the other games from the devs behind that. The problem is that making interactive stuff like that requires you using 3D assets you have full rights to use directly in the games you make (which isn't the case with games making use of Daz or renders of other game's assets) or having the 2D skills to do decent animation work. This really narrows down the field quite a lot.
