Identify Game that takes place after disaster of some kind

I played this game a while back that was set after a storm or disaster if some kind, I think where the MC’s parents were killed. He lives in a house with his sister(s) and has to go to school, work in a coffee shop, and visit a nightclub of some kind. It’s kind of a harem builder situation. Can anyone help me remember the name?

These aspects are reminiscent of Deviant Anomalies, the rest not so much though.

But hey, if nothing else it's a bump.

Thanks, I fixed the thread type. Rookie error. That description does sound like a game I played, so maybe I’m conflating two games.
