So I am looking for games where a character (average or even shy/innocent character type) is starting to play a social game or doing some kind of challenges and through those the character gets more daring or even corrupted because the challenges are more and more perverted.

I think this is the most direct match, but it has a loathsome always-online DRM scheme (and no saving in the free version)

Naked Adventure and Third Crisis might be worth a look too, though I'm less familiar with them.
There are various games with optional jobs that get increasingly more sexual, e.g. Karryn's Prison, KoD or High Pressure (in early alpha) but I don't know if that's what you want.
