I remember a game where your yacht gets shipwreck on a Island and you build a resort there or something like that with the abandoned facilities you find in the island

My first thought was Mad Island when you said yacht shipwrecking on an island, but that had nothing to do with a resort at all. Sounds interesting though so I'm following this thread to see what is found.
