Identify Game where secretary needs like $100k so you fuck her

I'm looking for a Ren'py game. You start off inheriting a business from your father, and money is not meant to be an issue because you start loaded. Very soon you get to talk to your secretary who's in some kind of debt, and wanted to get paid like $100,000 but you lower it down and can take advantage of the situation if you want. I think after that you go to college.

Can anyone help me find it? I think it might be abandoned.
