Identify Game where the protag fucks a LI until she needs a wheelchair for a few days

Hey, as the title says, i can't find the name of a game I played where somewhere in the game, the protag fucks one of LI so much that we can see her needing a wheelchair for a few days after that.
It was probably a ren'py harem game with 3D CG.

Thanks to any sauce master that could help me put a name on it :D

He does this to the Sisters friend who runs the bar, she needs a wheelchair afterwards.
