Identify Game where you stop every female from becoming a bimbo

I'm having trouble remembering this game name, it is an html game, you and your familiar (or at least something like a familiar) go into a town where a signal is broadcasting across the globe turning every female obedient and eventually into a bimbo, and your goal is to stop the signal before you get changed as well. It's really short game, probably only about 5-10 minutes of gameplay

Sounds like In HAARMS Way by NandiBear. There is both a Rags version and a HTML Remake available on tfgames. Pretty short game but I think it's an Easter egg "sequel" to a path of Genie gone wild which is one of my favorite games till today
