I remember playing this a long-ish time ago and I thought I had it in my games folder but can't find it.
It was a trainer/time management type game. You assigned what the girl character would do (I think it was sister, but might have been girlfriend) and it would affect stats, etc.
On of the main distinguishing features was that one of the options was watching various anime with her, it included actual series (like say Madoka), you had to watch all episodes, etc. and then that would enable cosplay scenes with here where she would roleplay the character.
