I wouldn't say the amount of death/killing in these femdom games is necessarily a lot, but it's more than most of them and it feels impactful.
Moving Down you and other characters can end up enslaved, tortured, amputated, castrated and killed by the evil dommes. Probably the same with the other games by Miron (
Vicious Circle: Femdom Edition ,
The Renaissance ). But in MD it's really the betrayal that hurts you most. Terrifyingly depressive, caution advised if you're sensitive.
Karlsson's Gambit explosive subdermal implant or something of the sort. Men are ranked based on how much they interest the dommes and are treated accordingly. Reach the bottom rank and soon pop goes the weasel. Much more light-hearted than the Miron stuff. Depending on your choices you will start out on either the dominant path (rank 5 and higher) or the submissive path (rank 4 and lower) and if you try (or fail) hard enough you might even switch paths later on.
Gynocracy you and your brilliant scientist wife are kidnapped away to feminazi island. Killer collar around your neck or some similar rigamajig. Your life is only spared on your wife's say-so while everyone else is working to corrupt her and get her to abandon you.
All of them have a strong focus on choices and consequences. Karlsson's has the most branching of any game I've played so far, femdom or otherwise.
