Game with FMC/Management wanted

About 2 years ago I played a game with a female protagonist.
You could work in a restaurant where three other girls worked.
All four girls could be assigned different tasks.
Such as greeting guests at the door, taking orders, serving and I think kitchen duty or bar duty. You also had to give the girls a break every now and then.
There was of course other game content, but I think the description of the work process should give some tips.

Thanks, but none of the games fit the description. Especially since Tuscany also includes several girls that can be used.

Unfortunately not.

Unfortunately I only have a vague memory of working in the cafe/restaurant.

You do a trial day and then the other girls approach you and say that you would be a good fit for the team.

The actions are then designed in such a way that you greet the customer, take the order, serve the food and then ask for payment.

In order to keep the guests in a good mood/increase the mood, you can flirt, which can lead to more assaults later on.

The action takes place in rounds, so you have to decide which girl you give which task, although it is quite possible that you have to serve 8 guests but only have 4 actions available in the round.

If I am not mistaken, there was also an open world aspect, so working in the cafe was just one option. But I am not entirely sure whether that was changed in an update.
