Seeking Game with good character creator

Looking for a game with good character creation/customizing options.
Games like Honey Select and Koikatu are welcome, though I would prefer something more like Lust Doll Plus which has actual gameplay.
As long as it has great character creation / customizing it's welcome :)

there is also Custom Character Creator for NPCs, very usefull

strive conquest, strive for power or rogschard lords and loyalty
