Identify Game with Karen in it

I remember a game, believe it was in Ren'py, that involved quite a few women but I recall that relatively early on the protagonist is in line at a coffee shop behind a blonde(though I might be incorrect but believe blonde) woman who has the stereotypical Karen haircut who begins to yell at the barista. I believe you then have the option to take her into the bathroom and have anal sex with her with promises of seeing her again, though from what I can recall from the last time I saw the game's development there hadn't been another scene with her.

I also believe she actually was named Karen, though I might be recollecting wrong. Any help identifying this game would be appreciated.
