You can use the latest updates page to filter for animated loli games. Teaching Feeling is on that the list and is a great game, but you'll be disappointed if your expecting animations. Try the Studio WS games maybe.
If you want some really good animation (but with less game) try finding Fox Princess. Also Help Lil Sis Out With Her Sexual Gratification, that doesn't have a translation but doesn't really need one.

Fumika Fantasy is teen loli, with a ton of content and animations, and some younger lolis you can find in the adventure.
The previous two games made by the same company are about a loli succubus with a younger character model, but they're a lot shorter and not that content rich.
