Ren'Py - GameOver [v24.05.20] [Azulookami & Black Cat Studios]

I am enjoying this game. At first I skipped over it because of how it looked. The way that the art doesn't fill the screen and I assumed the game would be more unfinished. But giving it a go, I learned that I was clearly wrong. It's honestly fine and I forget about the black bars on the side while playing. It's not the problem I thought it would be. The artwork is great. Story wise, I might be a bit lost but it's still a great time. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole "GameOver" aspect. Though it's probably not that complicated to understand. I sometimes get a little confused by it. Kinda like we're just tryna unlock scenes and that's just it. It sort of makes my brain think that I am not actually progressing in the game which isn't actually true. Maybe I just get mixed up with the timeline and how the GameOver takes you back to the morning. Lustful Desires is one of my top favorites so it makes sense that I would enjoy this game due to their similarities. One thing that could be cool is a masturbation feature. Like a different way to manage the lust without sleeping. Since sleeping is like saving your progress which the game recommends you do before reaching a ending. But a lot of the endings require full lust and needing to sleep to save which resets the lust makes me go back and forth. Then to fill the lust meter through interactions where I might progress with a certain character. Leading me to want to save that progress meaning sleep which resets the meter again. There is the whole mayor footjob I guess but I just thought it would be cool to have a feature like in your room where you could just deal with the lust on your own quickly without needing to sleep. I could just be missing something which is likely. Regardless, it's a 5 having a grand ol time.

I can't WAIT for this game to be completed!! Took me a sec to get the hang of (that's what you get when you skip the intro) but soso good, especially for my fellow hyper-cock and mind control enjoyers

Love games with Bad Ends and especially ones that cater to M/M enjoyers. Also pretty sweet that it is completely M/M without the main focus on fem/sissy.

I played The Town before and loved that, this game has mainly returning characters and a semi-similar plot-line. It is awesome to have a artistic rendition of those characters I played with before.

I played this when it was the instanced-based "choose a character to lose to" and thought it was pretty hot. The jump from that to this is pretty well done, besides the "combat" has been transitioned to a "keep talking to this dude to run out of HP/Stamina" to unlock the Bad End. Not really a negative for me, but might put off some people who likes more "game" in their NSFW porn games.

Also, game is basically a text-based cyoa, so there is not much game-play, which I personally prefer, so this was made for me. I don't really want to have to play through long game-play sections just to unlock some NSFW scenes, so I love these sorts of games.

- Not that much "game-play" in a game (negative for some people)

I'm giving 5 stars because it has everything I already want and is still somewhat early into development. The negatives I listed don't really affect me that much, except maybe the spelling/grammar, but everything else is expected in this style of game.

TL;DR: Play if you like M/M bara-ey furry scenes and bad ends. Go in expecting a text-based game with pictures and you won't be disappointed.
