Only game I can think of is Max's Life, your sister makes you use one the first time you have sex and any time you try to repeat that scene you need one again... not my favorite game, but it has the mechanic.

Newlife has this, but from a female perspective. Some NPCs may lie about condom use or the condom can burst as the act goes on.

Okay, I'm a little impressed, not the standard-way for a porn-game. Use Codoms to gather semen is nice, but to be honest: I don't want to play a game where filling condoms for semen-gathering is the only purpose of condoms.
I think the most want to play a game, where using condoms is forced/wanted in the beginning and after some time, you are allowed to do it without the condom (with or without the consequences).
But mostly this is used by developers in NTR (where your girl is taken by another) games, so the "corruption" of the girl can be shown better, meaning: the girls believe it's cheating if you do it raw.... *laughing hard to this idiotic thinking*
Maybe some developers will get the idea of condoms in games...like "more lust (trust, love) means less latex"
