I'm enjoying playing Adam & Gaia, but I'm a bit off-put by how the game basically expects you to commit incest (which is not my thing). What other games are out there with similar colony sim and breeding elements?

kinda fits, but its more colony sim with porn than the other way around. There's a bunch of genetic stuff to play with.Freecities pregmod could also fit. There's a bunch of things like superpregnancies and whatnot. Focus isn't on breeding too much though but there is content for it.
