Is there any game for android that is like honey select or koikatsu? Like their game play in general, i know honey select and koikatsu can't be on mobile so im wondering is there any game like it for mobile.

Not really, but there are a number of moderately decent html5 games with full 3d animated scenes. You can usually select clothes for the girl, but no real customization that I've seen.
