Seeking Games like hypnoapp

If there isn't an .apk for the game, you'll have to use a windows emulator like winlator.
As for games like HypnoApp I know of:
Gals Collector (Search this thread for "android" and you'll find a post by ItsRandomGuy on how to run it on Android with the patches)
Dereah Sister Hypnosis App
There's also the kinda similar genre of "Papers, Please" clones:
Imperial Gatekeeper
Permit Deny
Mobgirl Train
NPC Capture Academy

I tried so many times to play games with winlator and i can't do it i don't know what is the problem

You have to do a little fiddling in the settings to get it to work.
If you Google "unity winlator" there should be a couple of reddit threads at the top that can help you.
