Seeking Games like Insexual Awakening where a Character is really naive and innocent?

Searching for games where a Character doesn't know anything about sex/genitals/...
Preferrably sandboxy (going to wherever / whomever you want) but I also like some with a fixed story. Examples are Insexual Awakening (sister) and Tangled up (also sis).
I also have a h-game shortage at the moment, so if you know any game that has roughly anything above please send.
