Recently played Leane 2 and got hooked on the part where the heroines got confined by the enemy and slowly but progressively corrupted. Wondering if there are any other game with that gameplay, minus the NTR element.

You're going to have to clarify a bit. Do you want a different perspective, like of the confined character? Or a different protagonist? Do you still want the strategy gameplay? Because it's hard to imagine a game like Leane 2 where there isn't a NTR angle. If you just want the confinment and corruption, there's this.
Don't need the strategy part. I'm looking for a game with similar confinement & corruption system, where the heroines got confined, then progressively went from unwilling -> feeling pleasure -> fall. Better if it has multiple heroines, and with anime/moe style art.
