already tried the cheating tag before but a lot of games can involve "cheating" where YOU are the one getting cheated on (people like that ..I don't really like the cuck things personally...) or is a small part of the game
specifically wanting to be the one who is cheating and it's pretty much 80% of the game is me cheating on my wife or gf

You could try these:

Defending Lydia Collier - Lots of cheating options in this game. I would recommend Ellie's route in particular, you can cheat on her with her mother and two of her sisters. One of her sisters has a boyfriend and really gets off on cheating with her sister's man.
Love, Lust and Rock 'n Roll - You can cheat on your girlfriend with several different girls, including her mother and sister. Her mother is married and all the other girls have boyfriends. IMO, this is one of the best games out there if you like it when the cheating is emphasized in the sex scenes.
Lost at Birth - Cheat on your wife with your daughter and optionally your co-worker who knows you're married.
Midlife Crisis - You can cheat on your wife with a lot of different women.
No More Money - You start with a girlfriend and of course you can cheat on her. Also, if you make Lisa your second girlfriend (she thinks you recently broke up with the starting girlfriend), you can cheat on her with her best friend.
Oh Daddy - Cheat on your wife with your loli daughter and her friends. Some players suspect that the wife might also be cheating but that wasn't confirmed last i played.
Reconnecting - Another game where you cheat on your wife with your daughter. She is also married.

Strong Desire and True Husband are new games worth keeping an eye on. There isn't a lot of content yet but cheating seems like it will be a major theme in both of them.

Honestly, this genre just isn't that popular compared to games with cheating wives/girlfriends or harems where all the girls are happy to share the MC so I don't have many more suggestions. That said, there are a few worth mentioning...

Radiant - This game is popular mostly due to the triplet daughters but if you choose to date Brooke, there are a couple of hot cheating scenes. You can take her out to a restaurant for your first date, then bang the waitress in the bathroom and get a blowjob from another girl while you're on the phone with her.
Race of Life - You start off as FWB with your co-worker and she wants a serious relationship. You can give her what she wants... and then cheat on her.
The Sinful City Fight for Love - Not a huge fan of this game for a couple of reasons but your wife is in a coma and you can cheat on her with your ex (who is also married) and some others.
Life of Desmond - Ugly graphics but you can cheat on your girlfriend with a lot of different people including her mother and even her brother if that's your thing.
24 Lustful Hours & Wicked Ways are focused around the cheating on your wife/girlfriend but quality wise, they are pretty meh. Might be worth a try if you've played everything else and you're really starving for this kind of content.

Edit: There's also College Bound. You can cheat on your girlfriend with her best friend, the principal, other students, etc. It's completed but a lot of people weren't happy with the ending.
