Anyone know of games that use a similar 'battle' system to this game? Would also appreciate any games with a similar art style .

Moral Sword of Asagi is the definitive game in the sub-genre of (group of 4 girls restrained and fucked) and it's got a similar style of drawn art (rather than computer generated cg), and a focus on restraint and bondage. No hypnosis that I remember, though it's not an interest of mine so I wasn't really paying attention.

Beyond that, I'd point you towards the many, many threads of people wanting more games like Asagi.
