If it needs to be 3D BBC NTR, I think you're out of luck, that may be the only half-decent one. But you can check this thread for BBC NTR and this one for NTR in general.

Right now there is only "The Copycat" but it is not better in terms of render quality (but the story is really good). You can also check "Rediscovering Maria" but it is still very early in development and doesn't really have much content.

"Tifa's Dark Heaven" is also a BBC NTR game and has really good renders but I found the storyline to be lacking in interest for me.
