So I played this visual novel called
Here are some scenes and h-scenes that are different:
The scenes are only slightly different to reflect the MC you chose but H-scenes are completely different and all the images I provided are all the same scenes for each protagonist.
Now, are there more games like this where you can choose as either a male or female protagonist or at the very least choose between established characters as a protagonist and each of them has things that are different from each other for that playthrough like what I provided here now.
I emphasized that there should be major changes between the two and not be vague or something for example a game where you can choose between the two but in the game the world treats you as some unknown entity so that the game won't acknowledge you as either male or female. I like it where if my character is male, the characters and the world treats me as male but if my character is female they would treat me as female. Btw, I'm open to anything so suggest whatever you want.

The story is serviceable and the gameplay is average at best, unresponsive and clunky at worst and the rest are decent such as music, characters, etc. What made me interested about this game is that you can choose between either a male or female protagonist and everything about the game changes except for the settings, characters and main beats of the story. The gameplay changed, the character interaction slightly changed, some parts of the story also changed, scenes slightly changed to reflect your MC and lastly the h-scenes significantly changed to reflect who you chose.
